This policy covers the website urbanbuildersconsulting.com, operated by Urban Builders Consulting Inc. Each of our products, such as Lumanvio and Cerdik, has its own privacy policy on its own website.

What we collect: this website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If you send us a message through the contact form or by email, we receive your name, email address, company and message, and use them only to reply to you.

Analytics: we use cookieless, privacy-friendly analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) to count page visits in aggregate. It does not identify you.

Service providers: the website is hosted by Vercel, and email is handled by Cloudflare and Resend. They process data only to provide those services.

Payments: this website does not take payments or card details. Our products charge for subscriptions and invoices through Stripe (United States) and Mercado Pago (Brazil). Card and bank details are entered directly with those payment processors and handled under their own privacy policies and security standards (such as PCI DSS); Urban Builders Consulting Inc never receives or stores full card numbers. We receive only what we need to run your account, such as the payment status, amount, date and the last four digits of the card.

Retention and your rights: we keep contact messages only as long as needed to handle your request. You can ask to access or delete your data at contact@urbanbuildersconsulting.com. Residents of Brazil have the rights provided by the LGPD, and California residents have the rights provided by the CCPA.
